Cross Border Trip #1 - Day 2

Today we rise and relax a little....Daniella is heading to the airport around 10 as she is flying out to Baltimore to meet her Dad ....who lives in Washington DC.....Jim sent us with his homemade banana chocolate chip muffins...so that and juice/coffee is breakfast....we are still quite full from our Olive Garden feast!

and then it is off to Orchard Park for the three of us....Daniella programed "Tom"....so we are all set.....we hit Target...

and Kohls...

Dicks Sporting Goods......

great stores and not an Ontario plate in the parking lot!

Lunch time and we ask for a recommendation ....

They suggest Cheeburger, Cheeburger....which serves...Cheeseburgers, of course!

We opt to sit on the patio....the menu takes some

time to absorb....endless choices.....types of cheese ....toppings.....but our waitress was very helpful...

The burgers were amazing.....we dug in before

I got a chance to take a picture.....

and we shared a "Half" order for fries and rings......

 and the bottomless Cherry Coke!

Great choice!...refueled we were off to

Jo-Ann's Fabric and Crafts ...

and then back to Target, Kohls and Marshalls....

Then "Tom" took us back to Cheektowaga....Walden Galleria ...

and then Aldi.....

where Diana did some grocery shopping....

Then we headed for the border and the Peace Bridge....receipts in hand...and Linds cardigan purchase with Daniella ....

When the agent asked me where we had been....I know I had a stunned look on my face...I turned to Diana....really I didn't know...I had just let "Tom" and Diana and Daniella tell me where to drive and I followed their instructions.....

Great Trip!...the best thing was spending time together....then

....the good deals.....and of course the food!.....looking forward

to doing it again....perhaps at the end of the summer!
